At Skyline Softech, we strive to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

General Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our digital services, all sales are generally considered final once work has commenced. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:

  • We fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without valid reason
  • The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed specifications and cannot be corrected
  • We are unable to fulfill the project requirements as outlined in the agreement
  • Technical issues on our end prevent us from completing the project
  • You cancel the project before any work has commenced (deposit may be non-refundable)

You Are Not Eligible for a Refund If:

  • You change your mind after work has begun
  • You fail to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner
  • The project is delayed due to your actions or inactions
  • You request changes beyond the original project scope
  • The work has been completed according to agreed specifications
  • You have already received and used the deliverables

Service-Specific Refund Terms

Web Development Projects

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable once work begins
  • Milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone is completed and approved
  • Refunds may be considered if we fail to meet agreed milestones without valid reason

Design Services

  • Design concepts and revisions are non-refundable once delivered
  • Partial refunds may be considered if initial concepts do not meet specifications
  • No refunds after final designs are approved and delivered

Hosting and Maintenance Services

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refunds for unused full months may be considered
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds may be available within the first 30 days
  • No refunds for partial months or after 30 days of annual plans

Marketing Services

  • Campaign setup fees are non-refundable
  • Unused ad spend may be refunded if campaigns are cancelled before launch
  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at refunds@skylinesoftech.com within 14 days of the issue arising
  2. Provide your order/project number and detailed explanation of the refund request
  3. Include any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your claim
  4. Allow us 5-7 business days to review your request
  5. We will respond with our decision and next steps

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed
  • Processing fees and third-party costs are non-refundable
  • You may be required to return any deliverables or cease using our work

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of services and legal action to recover costs.

Modifications to Services

If you wish to modify the scope of services after a project has begun, additional fees may apply. Modifications do not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for work completed under the original agreement.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot guarantee refunds in all circumstances, we are committed to your satisfaction. We will work with you to address concerns, make reasonable revisions, and find solutions that meet your needs within the scope of our agreement.
